Refund and Returns Policy


If you’re not 100% satisfied with any aspect of our product or service, you can return your unused/unworn item to us within 28 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund including your original shipping costs.

To process a return or exchange, just drop us a message at and we’ll send you instructions. Please note that you will be liable for return shipping costs and remember to keep proof of postage!

We take pride in our products, so it’s really important to us and our customers that items are in their original condition and returned to us packaged in clean and suitable packaging.

None of this affects your statutory rights.

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! Always ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at



If the item was purchased as a gift, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
